This is a great idea that you two gave me. What if we have a special topic to discuss only in English??? It will be a very atractive and lucrative topic for some loganisti and also can be a tool for others to learn and practice their English. Of course, we must be tolerant and understanding with those who doesn't speak (write) well.
If people agree, I will create this topic in a minute. Just say it!

Well, I think that's a good idea, a topic where we could speak in English. But I think that some colleagues won't think that is such a good idea.
