Cat despre tuici si alte alcoale "de casa" calitatea o face posesorul. daca aveti grija sa nu pastrati fruntea (alcool metilic, otravitor) si nu opriti cazanul cand ceea ce mai iese are abi 7-8, aveti o tuica buna. Mare atentie sa nu puntei zahar in fructele puse la fermentat. alcoolul va iesi mai tare, dar se lipeste borhotul in cazan si veti avea un gust de afumat-amarui!
